The Product Marketing Manager position will be reporting to the Associate Director of Product Marketing. This role is responsible for supporting the development of Hostopia’s strategic product initiatives and direction. As Hostopia’s Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with all departments within Hostopia including – product development, partner marketing, technical support and National/Services management to develop programs that will achieve or exceed the revenue and market share targets for the entire Hostopia portfolio of products and services.

You will develop an understanding of our partners and their end customers, markets, competition, technology, offerings and internal capabilities. You will be required to develop a strong understanding of Hostopia’s product portfolio, internal systems including integrating products/product codes through various channels. Armed with this understanding, you will achieve the immediate objectives of your position and Hostopia, while developing future opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Play a key role in the creation of sales/marketing tools including product collateral and presentations both internal and partner facing, to effectively communicate and position Hostopia’s products to partners and their end customers.
- Develop partner communications via multiple channels including presenting directly to key prospects and existing partners, through face-to-face, email, phone and webex.
- Provide support for the development of executive presentations and demonstrations
- Competitive analysis and responses to industry trends and changes through identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and advertising
- Support marketing plan development including product roadmaps, channel plans and online strategy
- Support and identify short and longer term product development requirements
- Highlight marketing opportunities based on market/industry experience, research and competitive analysis
- Plan, organize and manage medium and large size projects and large cross-functional project teams
- Directly work with partners to understand their requirements and increase sales
