I am in an active search for a Director of Sales for my top client, an $800 million Global IT Outsourcing Solutions company.  This person will manage a National team of 6-8 sales folks that are selling to software companies and ISV's.  This Director will be reporting out of the Santa Clara office.  Current management experience managing a remote sales team that sells to the softwares.
