PHP Software Engineer Job Summary: Primary function is to develop, implement, document, test and maintain web-based – both client and server-side applications for Company's needs under supervision of Supervisor of Development. Software Engineer II must follow predefined internal process for software development of the Company. Work in a close cooperation and coordination with other team members. Produce a quality, documented and maintainable code. Follow the procedure for logging and reporting of tasks status and completion. Participate in projects and tasks discussion, analysis and design. Qualifications/Experience:

• Strong knowledge in PHP version 5, both procedural and OO concepts & techniques
• Solid understanding of the PHP internals, familiarity with the PHP Extension and Application Repository - module framework and code style guidelines
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript (incl. Ajax), XML/XSLT knowledge
• Sensitivity to security requirements in design and implementation
• Experience with source control systems ( CVS, Subversion )
• Experience with PHP based open source frameworks (eg, Zend, Symfony, etc.) will be considered a plus
• Two or more years in software development.

  Essential Functions:

• Software application development, testing and maintaining.
• Participate in analysis and design phase of team's projects and tasks.
• Document produced software code and log activities and tasks status following Company's rules and procedures.
• Acquire and train in new technologies in direct supervision from Supervisor Development and Team Supervisor.
