A team composed of professionals strategically to offer high availability and quality customer service. Job Duties:

• Provide professional and friendly sales support consistently via telephone and electronic help desk
• Develop a deep understanding of Liquid Web’s products
• Operating system and application installation/configuration
• Outbound calling to targeted supplied leads
• Provide consultative services to business professionals
• Communicate and present to customers by phone, online and in-person
• Utilize a CRM tool to manage contacts and leads.
• Identify industry trends and recommend new product ideas

Skill Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of RPM based Linux Distributions
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2000/2003
• Basic knowledge of Apache, BIND, and IIS preferred
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team based environment
• Ability to work flexible hours and from home
• Self starter and self motivated

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required
• Speaking and writing the following languages: English, Spanish or both (Both languages it’s very appreciated)
