Loyalty Lab, Inc. is a rapidly growing San Francisco (downtown right next to BART) based supplier of hosted multi-channel loyalty systems. Loyalty Lab's suite of powerful SaaS (Software as a Service) marketing solutions allows clients to create and manage loyalty and relationship marketing programs without any commitment to software or hardware.
In this position, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and delivering top quality solutions to our clients. You will be on the forefront of working with complex data systems and helping recognizable companies deliver custom development solutions, as well as data transformations, complex reporting, and more.
Within months, you will be constantly challenged with new and interesting projects, all the time delivering your unique stamp on software that benefits millions of customers.
Our ideal candidate will have a background of professional services or custom software development, preferably from a SaaS environment.
You will need to have experience at estimating solutions and working on custom development projects, and a track record of delivering those solutions on time and with 100% client satisfaction.
You will be part detective, part problem solver, and part superhero, all in the name of delivering ongoing service and new functionality to very specific needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with .Net/C# , OOP based development
- Extensive experience with RDBMS (We use MS SQL)
- Knowledge of XML/XLST transforms
- Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Web Services, SOAP APIs.)
- Understanding of architecture and development methodologies of n-tier systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and rapidly with Partners and Clients
- High level of initiative and the ability to work without supervision
- Experience troubleshooting large complex systems
- Possess a professional and cooperative attitude, and the ability to stay focused in high stress situations
- Occasionally be available on-call, on a rotational basis.
