Skills: Knowledge on Systems Engineering, Windows 2003, 2008, Linux, Web Hosting, IIS, Apache, MySQL, MS SQL, Web control panel like PLESK is preferred Requirement

• Experience either on a small team or as a Senior Engineer working in  both Linux and Windows environment.
• Must have experience building email and web domains for internet -facing environments.
• Experience working for a web-hosting or ISP, It would be preferred if you have experience in a High-Availability/High-Transaction environment
• Web Hosting control software experience such as PLESK, We will consider training on this, but without this experience, candidates must have a hosting background.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent attitude, organized and possesses the eye for detail
• Candidate who can start work immediately is preferred.

Job Scope

• First point of contact to address customer problems related to End User web hosting and email hosting services.
• Monitoring, maintaining and supporting our internal systems, specifically our email and web domain systems
• Providing systems support to our customers base on our service level agreement.
• You will be responsible for server systems and will work in conjunction with our Networking team to secure our systems.
• Managing projects and working with both internal teams and customers to implement solutions.
