The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers while prospecting new opportunities within this client base.  After training is complete the Account Manager will be expected to know NeoSpire’s products and solutions intricately and partner with key NeoSpire personnel to retain, manage and grow assigned accounts.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction and improve communication
• Contract renewals
• Retain assigned clients and reduce churn
• Generate sales growth among assigned account base
• Understand key aspects of account base
• Meet or exceed personal sales quotas
• Track and manage CRM databases
• Schedule and conduct account reviews
• Create and maintain client status reports

 Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years account management experience in a B2B Technology Sales environment. Managed Hosting, Co-Location or Hosting experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer relations and follow up skills

 Compensation: Base salary plus an aggressive commission structure that includes monthly and quarterly commissions, bonuses and additional incentives.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
